Some remedies have several names. The arrow shows the name under which the relevant remedy is available from Arcana. The alternative name will be shown in italics.

The mother tinctures are: 1–30, 36, 45, 60, 75, 90, 100, 110, 120.

We stock ALL of our remedies in standard potencies up to a potency of LM 120. We also stock many of our remedies at increments of 10 potencies up to LM 500, i.e. LM 130, 140 etc. The mother tinctures are the potencies that are prescribed the most, which is why we always have them in stock. If you are looking for other potencies – which we refer to as intermediate potencies – we always specially produce them upon request. The extra charge for producing a custom-potency remedy will be shown in our shop or remedy index.

Arcana only produces liquid LM potency homeopathic remedies. Liquid remedies make it much easier to personalise dosages and treatment for optimum results because they are administered in the form of drops.

Arcana’s homeopathic remedies do not come with any outer packaging or a package insert. Our 10 ml bottles are furnished with a wrap-around label with all of the information about the remedy.

The ethanol we use for our remedies is made from potato starch, which does not contain any gluten. Hence our LM potency remedies are gluten free.

Arcana's LM potency remedies do not contain any lactose and can be safely taken by people who are lactose intolerant.

Ethanol plays a key role in the production of mother tinctures and homeopathic dilutions. This is because it helps to dissolve many of the valuable plant and animal origin active substances used to create our remedies. The ethanol extracts the active substances from the plants/plant components and basic animal substances. Ethanol also gives remedies a very long shelf life once they are produced, because it is a preservative.

With ethanol, it is important to distinguish between alcohol content (vol.%) and quantities of pure alcohol.
If, for example, you were to drink 100ml of apple juice, you would be ingesting 0.4 g of pure alcohol (4 g per litre).

By comparison, when mixing 5 drops of a liquid Arcana remedy with 150 ml of water, you will only be ingesting approx. 1 mg (0.001 g) of pure ethanol.

To order one of our remedies from a pharmacy, please use ApoNow

To do so, simply type the name of the remedy into the search field, which is marked with a magnifier icon. In Germany, you can also search for a remedy by its pharmaceutical registration number (PZN) – if known.  Alternatively, you can also simply search for remedies by going through the alphabetical index. To see all of the remedies that start with a certain letter, simply click on the arrow in front of that letter.

All of our homeopathic remedies can be ordered directly through our online shop! There are two ways of doing so. If you are a pharmacy or wholesaler, you can directly open an account for our online shop. This option is not available for private individuals, because in Germany, the sale of medicines is regulated by the Medicinal Products Act. Private individuals can still use our online shop to buy remedies, but will need to do so through the pharmacy service app ApoNow, which allows you to get your order delivered to a pharmacy of your choice. There is no need to open an account on arcana.de when using this option.

If you would like to place an order with us but are not located in Germany, please simply send your order details to us at info@arcana.de or bestellungen@arcana.de. Payment will be due in advance and/or can be made through PayPal. Delivery costs and periods can vary depending on country for deliveries outside of Germany.

If you are located in Germany, you can simply order remedies from our online shop and then get them to be delivered through the pharmacy service app ApoNow to any pharmacy within Germany. This is how it works: Select the relevant remedies and then click on “Purchase through my pharmacy”. Next, enter your address, after which you will be shown a list of the pharmacies near you. Select your preferred pharmacy and submit your order. Next, get in touch with the pharmacy to find out about the final cost (incl. any delivery and processing fees) and collection date. You can then pay for the remedy etc. when collecting it.

ApoNow allows customers located in Germany to select remedies in our online shop and then get them delivered to your pharmacy through the pharmacy service app ApoNow. This is how it works:
Our customers order our remedies in our online shop and then select the pharmacy to which they want their order to be delivered to – which, in this case, will be your pharmacy. This means that you will then receive an order from ApoNow by fax or – if you already have an account with ApoNow – by email.
You will then need to order the remedy – as usual – from a wholesale supplier or directly from us. And, the final step is to notify your customer as soon as the remedy is ready for collection.

The pharmacy service app ApoNow is only available in Germany. If you are located outside of Germany, please simply select a pharmacy of your choice. As a pharmacy , simply send your order to info@arcana.de or bestellungen@arcana.de.

Whenever possible, we’ll deliver all of the items you ordered at the same time. However, sometimes, they’re not all available at the same time and, if that happens, we’ll let you know immediately. That way, you can decide if you want some of the items you ordered to be delivered as express deliveries, so you’ll get them sooner than the rest.

The delivery periods are shown as soon as you select a remedy in our online shop. If you are ordering from abroad, we will dispatch your order immediately upon receiving the relevant payment.

The delivery costs for products dispatched within Germany are listed in our General Terms and Conditions. The delivery costs for products shipped outside of Germany depend on the destination country and/or the sender, and need to be investigated accordingly.

In principle, anyone can participate in all events as no prior experience is required. If an event is aimed at a specific audience, you will find a corresponding note in the event description under the heading 'Target audience.' The events are conducted exclusively in German language.

You will be sent a certificate of attendance by email a few days after the event. With online seminars, you will be required to use your real name when attending.

We can also issue certificates of completion for some of our events. If so, this will be indicated in the description of the relevant event.

First, register for the event on our website and then transfer the seminar fee. You will then be sent an invite for the Zoom meeting by email. Make sure that your Zoom app is up to date and that your internet connection is reliable/fast enough.
